SOMATIC CORE RESTORATION

A class designed for women who would like to do some deep core work in order to regain physical strength as well as a deeper sense of self. This class is for all ages, whether or not babies have featured in your life, and whether you are pre, peri or post menopausal. We mix yoga, pilates and other calisthenic exercises which target the deep core, waistline, lower back, glutes and inner thighs. All you need is a yoga mat, a drink of water and the desire to strengthen your core and your midsection, reconnecting with your root in order to flourish in other areas of life. A little breath work and grounding also feature in these classes.

CORE CIRCUITS FOR MUMS

A class designed for Mums on maternity leave or day off work finding it difficult to fit in some exercise. Bring your baby or toddler(s) along with you. This is a great chance to get rid of aches and pains, tone up, build strength and gain flexibility in a safe, friendly environment where nobody will look down on you for breast or bottle feeding, changing a nappy on your mat, your little one screaming, bags under your eyes or vomit on your clothes! My focus is on your core and hip/pelvic girdle as well as your glutes and thighs. Your focus is on your body as much as possible, but you will be there if your child needs you. Bring a yoga mat, a bottle of water and a toy or two for your child.
