Somatic Personal Training

In a one hour Somatic Personal Training session with me, I will support you in transforming your body in a way that feels good for you. Every week (or more frequently if you’d like!), I’ll come to your house and take you through a selection of calisthenic exercises rooted in Pilates and yoga. We will practice together, moving attention away from your busy mind and back into your body. We will focus on quiet strength, breath, blood and lymph flow as well as working with the spirit in order to harness motivation, find joy in movement and have a good laugh while we are doing it. If you have a specific imbalance you are currently experiencing (mood swings, heavy bleeding, perimenopausal weight gain, sleeplessness for example), I will take this into consideration, crafting a course of sessions that are right for you at this time. I will support you in meeting your edge with calm, clarity and strength.

This is a great option for women who work from home or who at this point feel a little awkward about joining a class. I work with you and your ability in your own surroundings, so all you need to do is block the hour out in your calendar.
